TICKET SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event Entry
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Drogheda Tattoo and Art Festival ("the Event"), attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Ticket Sales and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by organisers
Tickets are transferable subject to notification to event organisers
Underage entry must be accompanied by a guardian where specified
Photography, Video Recording, and Promotional Usage
A. Consent for Live Streaming and Recordings
All persons entering the Event venue acknowledge and agree that the Event will be recorded via video, photography, and live streaming for promotional and archival purposes. These recordings may include attendees, artists, visitors, and other participants.
B. Right to Use Images
Everyone who purchases a ticket and attends the Event agrees that their likeness, image, voice, and/or recording may appear in future promotional materials, social media content, broadcast content, advertising, press coverage, and related documentation without compensation or attribution to the individual.
C. Opt-Out Procedure
Individuals who wish to exclude themselves from future promotional material must notify event organisers in writing, either:

By submitting a written request at the event information desk
To process an opt-out request effectively, attendees must provide identifying photographs (clear images showing their face/appearance) alongside contact details to enable event staff to identify them in footage on a case-by-case basis.
D. Limitations on Opt-Out Once issued, opt-out requests apply only to future promotional usage and cannot be applied retroactively to already published or distributed materials. Processing time for opt-out requests may take up to 14 days.
E. Privacy Compliance In accordance with applicable data protection legislation (including GDPR), all recordings and images shall be stored and processed securely. Unpublished footage will be retained according to data retention policies and deleted upon request where reasonably practicable.
Behaviour and Safety
Attendees must behave in a reasonable manner
Drunkenness, disorderly conduct, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund
Participants must respect artists, exhibitors, and other attendees
Liability
The Event organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss of property, or damage except where caused by organiser negligence
All visitors enter the venue at their own risk
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content displayed by participating artists remain their intellectual property. Reproduction for commercial purposes without artist permission is prohibited.
Changes to Terms
Event organisers reserve the right to amend these terms with notice where possible.
